CUSTOMER POLICIES

SERVICES

We ask that everyone remains in a quiet environment so that we can give our best service without interruptions. Any loud or disruptive behaviors will be asked to leave the building. Please make sure if you are satisfied with our services before you pay. All services are final and non-refundable. We will try our best to accommodate your service requests with our best efforts. We have the right to refuse service.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards or Membership cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

We hold all appointments for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, we consider this as a “no show” and the appointment may be given away. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment and you will be responsible for the full service fee. Your services will end accordingly so that the next guest is not delayed.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment.

CHILDREN

We only service children 12 years old or older. Others cannot stay in the building to avoid service interruption. Please maintain your children under your supervision. We will not be responsible for any injuries that occur on our premises.

JEWELRY, PHONE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

To our employees and customers, please have all your jewelry and personal belongings in your possession and protection at all times. We will not be responsible for any losses or damages to any personal items.

WAIVER FORM

1. I acknowledge that all shampoo techs and the employees of the salon are licensed professionals and should be treated with respect all the time in terms of privacy and security.
2. I understand that Shampoo Bar is a relaxing environment so I can use my cell phone but on Silent Mode while getting service to show respect to technicians and other clients.
3. I acknowledge that Shampoo bar only provides service to kids that are 12 years old and above. Children that are not getting service are not allowed in the building for safety reasons.
4. People who are not getting service cannot be in the service area.
5. I understand to watch my belongings at all times. The Shampoo Bar is not responsible for any lost belongings.
6. I acknowledge that Shampoo Bar is not treating hair and not performing hair maintenance for clients.
7. I acknowledge that I cannot get service if I have Covid or its symptoms or while having the flu, cold.
8. I acknowledge that the Shampoo Bar is not performing services on artificial hair. Hair with dye colors/perm might be affected by service.
9. I understand that the result of using any chemicals may vary from one person to another. I will inform any allergies to any products or preferences and choose service at my own risk.
10.I will inform techs about any expectations before, during and after services.
Shampoo Bar will not be responsible or liable if the result of the service is not as expected as it should be.
11. I confirm that Shampoo Bar provides a clear explanation to me what are the benefits and effects the service might have on my hair.
12.I agree that all service is final and there will be no refund for any reason. Shampoo Bar By King J has the right to refuse service.
